Exclusive! Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor roped in for Rooh-Afza

Rajkummar Rao has been riding high on success with his spectacular performances in his films.As per the reports Rajkummar Rao is all set to entertain audience in his upcoming film “Rooh- Afza”. This will be the first time Rajkummar Rao will be pairing up with Janhvi Kapoor.

When asked upon his working experience with Janhvi, Rajkummar said, “Of course I am very excited to work with Janhvi. I think she is a great human being. And along with that, she is also a great actress and my good friend, so, I think we are very excited about the shooting of this film; the script of the film is very different and will capture the interest of the audience. And I can hardly wait to start working with Janhvi.”

Even Janhvi Kapoor has expressed her admiration for Rajkummar’s work many times. Rajkummar spoke on the sidelines of a shoot for Bhamla Foundation’s anti-air pollution song Hawa Aane De in Mumbai on Saturday.

In Rooh-Afza, Janhvi will be seen playing two characters – Roohi and Afsana. The film is scheduled to release on March 20, 2020.Apart from this Janhvi Kapoor is also working on the Gunjan Saxena biopic. She will also be seen in Karan Johar’s Takht. Meanwhile, Rajkummar Rao will next be seen in Ekta Kapoor’s Mental Hai Kya along with Kangana Ranaut which is scheduled to release on July 26.

This will be Rajkummar’s third collaboration with Vijan after “Stree” and “Made in China”.
