Jawaani Jaaneman: Saif Ali Khan in a different avataar with hair-do!

It’s never too easy to slip into the role of a father in Nitin Kakkar’s family drama, “Jawaani Jaaneman”. Saif Ali Khan, one would assume, would add a tinge of grey to the wavy locks and facial fuzz that’s now become synonymous with his appearance.

Fans of the actor have celebrity hairstylist Hakim Aalim to thank for shaving off years from Khan’s appearance for the film, which marks the debut of Pooja Bedi’s daughter Alaia Furniturewalla. Rumor has it that earlier Sara Ali Khan was to play the role however the part of his daughter is played by Aalia Furniturewala, who is Pooja Bedi’s daughter,”.Jawani Janeman is directed by Nitin Kakar, who last made Notebook with Salman Khan. The film has been making headlines because Saif is reportedly returning to films in a cool avataar, a la Love Aaj Kal, Cocktail and Hum Tum. And while the veteran actor isn’t a part of Sara’s next, he has donned the producer’s hat for Jawani Janeman.

Apart from this Haider’ actress Tabu has also agreed to work in Nitin Kakad’s family comedy ‘Jawani Janeman’. Saif Ali Khan will accompany Tabu in this film which means the pair will be seen together in a film after 20 years. Earlier, they were part of the ensemble in ‘Hum Saath Hain Hain’ in 1999. Apart from this, both of these actors appeared in ‘Biwi No.1’.
