Richa Chadha has entertained the audience with her power-pack performances, has created a strong foothold With films like “Galiyon Ki Rasleela- RamLeela” Gangs of wasseypur in the industry. This will be the first time ever she wil be playing a physically challenging role.

Richa has been training for her role since the past few months and she is working with some of the best experts in the sport. Putting in extra effort, the actress has taken up three other fitness methods to create endurance for her body. Richa has been a fitness enthusiast since an early age and keeps herself engaged with various types of fitness activities. The actress has taken up strength training, Yoga and agility training and with Kabaddi, Richa is going to be more fit and strong. This has helped her create a new discipline routine for herself, which also helped Richa recover from her previous injury.

It was also earlier reported how Richa, during her school days had played kabaddi, which came handy for her training for the film. For the film and linked to her personal fitness goals, she has also taken to strength training, yoga and agility training and with the new addition of kabaddi training, she is going to be more fit and agile. This has helped her create a new discipline for herself, which has helped her in time from the recovery of her earlier injury. Panga Also stars Kagana Ranaut in the lead,meanwhile  Richa Chadha will also be seen in upcoming biopic of Shakeela.
