Salman Khan Unveils Bharat New Promo
Salman Khan is leaving no-stone-unturned in promoting his forthcoming period drama Bharat. The actor unveils a stunning, quirky and fun promo on social media, where Bharat is smitten by Katrina Kaif.
Actor Salman Khan dropped the new promo on his Twitter profile. In the promo, Salman Khan along with Sunil Grover is attending some wedding, but Bharat (Salman) is so smitten by Madam Sir (Katrina Kaif) that he sees her everywhere. The promo is fun watch and gives a little sneak-peek into Salman-Katrina love story.
Bharat is based on the South Korean melodrama Ode to My Father (2014), which traces the history of South Korea parallel to a man’s life, spanning from the 1950s to the 2010s.
The film chronicles Bharat, who is separated from his father during the Partition of India in 1947 till he is reunited with him again. The film covers a span of 60 years, Salman Khan will be seen playing different age avatars ranging from 18 to 70 years of age.
The film is written and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. It is jointly produced by Atul Agnihotri, Alvira Khan Agnihotri, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Nikhil Namit and Salman Khan under the banners Reel Life Productions, Salman Khan Films and T-Series.
The film boasts an incredible ensemble of Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Tabu, Disha Patani, Sunil Grover, Jackie Shroff and more. It traces India’s post-independence history from the perspective of a common man.
The film releases on 5th June 2019.
