Well, Saqib will be seen playing the role of cricketer Jimmy Amarnath in Kabir Khan's '83 and he is currently seen as Riyaz Pathan in the web show 'Crackdown' which is streaming on Voot Select. Both the roles required different physiques and he is surely seen doing justice to both the roles. One can see a huge transformation in his body shape.
'Crackdown' released on 23rd September on Voot Select and Saqib is getting praises from everyone for his portrayal of Riyaz Pathan in the show.
Meanwhile, he will soon be seen in 'Comedy Couple' which will release on Zee5 on 21 October. The film is based on a story by Bikas Mishra and is directed by Nachiket Samant and produced by Yodlee Films. Shweta Basu Prasad will be seen alongside him in the film.
He will also be seen in '83, a sports drama film directed by Kabir Khan. The film will focus on the country's incredible cricket World Cup victory in 1983. The film stars Ranveer Singh as cricketer Kapil Dev. It also features Deepika Padukone, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Ammy Virk, Harrdy Sandhu, Jiiva, Pankaj Tripathi, Boman Irani, Sahil Khattar, Nishant Dahiya, and Amrita Puri.
Saqib will also be seen in the film 'Time To Dance' which is a dance film directed by Stanley D'Costa and features Sooraj Pancholi, Isabelle Kaif, and Waluscha De Sousa. The film is co-produced by Bhushan Kumar and Remo D'Souza.
