Sidharth Malhotra Will Play Double Role In His Next
Last year, Sidharth Malhotra had two releases, Jabariya Jodi and Marjaavaan, and the actor kick-started 2020 with announcing Shershaah and now for the first time in his career, he will be seen playing double role in yet to be titled film with Murad Khetani and Bhushan Kumar.
Actor Sidharth Malhotra confirmed the film on his social media. He wrote, “Double trouble! Excited to be a part of this ultimate entertaining thriller, in association with @bhushankumar, @muradkhetani and @v__________k. See you at the movies on 20th November, 2020 @tseriesfilms @cine1studios @tseries.official”
Sidharth will be seen playing a double role in the film. He will play the role of a suave businessman as well as a rowdy guy, who will be a small-time thief. The film will go on floors in May 2020.
T-series head honcho Bhushan Kumar also confirmed the film. He wrote, “Elated to announce my next collaboration with @muradkhetani starring @sidmalhotra. The film which is an action thriller inspired by true events is all set to go on floors this May and release on 20th November, 2020. @v__________k @tseriesfilms @cine1studios @tseries.official”
After several rounds of discussions and recce, they zeroed in on Delhi. The team will shoot at real locations in the Capital city. The chase sequences will be canned on busy streets. The hits the big screen on 20th November 2020.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Sid is essaying the role of Param Vir Chakra awardee and army captain Vikram Batra in Vishnuvardhan’s army drama ‘Shershaah’. The film which also stars Kiara Advani is slated to release on 3rd July this year.
