Young, Wild And Getting Started, Newbie Alaya F On iDiva Cover
Newbie Alaya Furniturewala also known as Alaya F is looking pretty gorgeous on the latest cover spread of iDiva magazine for the entire month of March.
Alaya F is the daughter of Farhan Ebrahim Furniturewala and actress Pooja Bedi. Her maternal grandparents are veteran actor Kabir Bedi and late dancer Protima Bedi. She made her film debut in 2020 through a leading role in the comedy Jawaani Jaaneman.
The actress Alaya F took to her social media profile and dropped the stunning new cover. She captioned it, “Young, Wild and Just Getting Started, iDiva March 2020 Cover @idivaofficial”
Sharing the same, the official handle of iDiva wrote, “Say hello to our March Cover girl, @alaya.f, a Gen-Z star who’s taking the millennial baton of fierce feminism forward, and how!”
Alaya F studied at Jamnabai Narsee School in Mumbai. Before making her film debut, she did a diploma in acting at New York Film Academy.
Her debut Jaawaani Jaaneman, directed by Nitin Kakkar, starring Saif Ali Khan as a 40 year-old father and debutant Alaya Furniturewala as his daughter, alongside Tabu and many others. The film was deemed an average at the box-office collection.
The film was produced under the banner Pooja Entertainment and received positive reviews from critics; Furniturewala received praise for her debut. She has signed three films deal with Jawaani Jaaneman’s producer Jay Shewakramani under his production house banner Northern Lights Film.
