On World Mental Health Day, actress Kangana Ranaut encouraged people to watch her film Judgemental Hai Kya.
The 'Queen' actor Kangana took to her social media profile and tweeted a small video clip from her film, Judgemental Hai Kya, and wrote, "The film that we made for Mental Health awareness was dragged to the court by those who run depression ki Dukan, after media ban, name of the film was changed just before the release causing marketing complications but it's a good film, do watch it today #WorldMentalHealthDay"
While encouraging the people to watch the film today on the occasion of World Mental Health Day, the 'Panga' star said that the film couldn't do well due to last-minute changes in the name before the release, which hampered its marketing.
The film was earlier titled as 'Mental hai kya' but due to the Indian Psychiatric Society's letter to CBFC, that they find it demeaning and derogatory to mentally ill people, the film was renamed as 'Judgemental Hai Kya.'
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kangana Ranaut is currently shooting for Thalaivi, which is a biopic on the life of J. Jayalalithaa, late politician and film actress who served six terms as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. The film is directed by A. L. Vijay and produced by Vishnu Vardhan Induri and Shailesh R Singh under their respective banners Vibri Media and Karma Media And Entertainment.
Kangana also got Tejas and Dhaakad in the pipeline.
